Yesterday was bloody hot (as today it will be too) so I decided to prepare a cool but good enough dinner for us. Surprisingly everybody loved it so I’ll keep on going down this way this summer. My inspiration? The lovely people I work with. They put together such nice and healthy meals and I really enjoy their conversations around food, recipes and life. So there. Eat your hats. Or prepare one too 😂

the weather is 27 degrees Celcius and blue sky. Our in house chef has been busy bbq’ing all what we had prepared yesterday so we could have a banquet under Mr Tree. We’ve eaten and now we are full. I’m having a digestive herbal tea right now so I can have the home made tiramisú if my stomach allows. I hope it does because it is so nice. I hope you all are enjoying the day and the weather. Maybe I’ll even tan. ☺️☀️🫶
