It’s September, that can only mean one thing …
IT’S HOT MATCHA SEASON
Earl Grey Matcha Latte
🥛Infuse 200ml milk of choice with 1–2 bags of Earl Grey tea
🍵Whisk 1 tsp matcha with 40ml warm water until smooth
✨Pour matcha over the warm Earl Grey milk
☺️Top with fresh whipped cream
Dulce de Leche Matcha
🤎Spoon 1 tbsp dulce de leche into the bottom of your glass
🥛Pour in 200ml hot milk
🍵Whisk 1 tsp matcha with 40ml water until smooth, then pour over
😍Mix 1 tbsp dulce de leche into 50ml whipped cream and spoon on top
✨Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon
Blonde Hot Chocolate Matcha
🤎 Heat 200ml milk of choice with 30g chopped blonde chocolate until melted
🍵Whisk 1 tsp matcha with 40ml warm water until smooth
🌟Pour matcha over the blonde hot chocolate milk
🤍Top with fresh whipped cream
