A little bit of news I’m very happy to finally share…

It’s an absolute pleasure to say that I’ve booked my first independent film catering gig, working alongside the awesome Jason Flemyng and his team on an upcoming new production… to be announced.

I’m everything I’ve learned over the years as a chef, through film & TV catering, building businesses and feeding some incredible people, and now stepping out independently to put my own stamp on things.

A massive thank you to Benji (Benjamin Beck) for connecting the dots, putting my name forward and recommending me for the gig. Opportunities like this often start with somebody being willing to say your name in a room you’re not in, and I appreciate you bro.

Excited for what’s ahead, and even more excited to feed everyone.
