We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented kitchen assistant to join our brand-new Indian restaurant.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the chefs in prepping and cooking a variety of Indian dishes, following traditional recipes and maintaining our high-quality standards.

* Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and readily available for cooking.

* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

* Assist in plating and garnishing dishes, paying attention to detail and presentation.

* Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times to maintain a hygienic and safe kitchen environment.

* Support the chefs in monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and notifying management of any shortages or equipment issues.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not essential who has got passion for Indian cuisine

* Knowledge of Indian cuisine and familiarity with traditional cooking techniques is a plus.

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen staff and ensure seamless operations.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry.
