Experimenting with mooncakes. From homemade lotus paste to home brined salted egg yolks to the final baked products...it has been a rather long journey. Then it's the waiting game of minimum 2 days for the mooncake to rest before they are ready to be consumed. But just in time to celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival on 6th October. Happy family reunion to everyone. 🥮🥮🥮🤩🤩🤩
