Cornish Charcuterie is an award winning producer of both soft and hard charcuterie. 
A few highlights below.
 
The Seaweed and Cider Salami is one oftheir bestsellers -  the unique recipe was created to evoke the flavours of Cornwall, and is one of the most unique and brilliant examples of artisan British charcuterie. Made to an Italian recipe, the meat is enhanced with hand-foraged Sea Spaghetti and cider. The sausages are then left to mature for 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on size.
 
The Chilli Chorizo is made using prime pork. Prepared in the traditional way, they spice and enhance the meat with classic additions of pepper, paprika and crushed chillies. The sausages are then lightly smoked and left to mature. The spicing is subtle at first and builds to a noticeable kick without masking the flavour of the pork.
 
Cornish Charcuterie’s award-winning Traditional Pork Rillette is made from pork, poached in duck fat, lightly seasoned and shredded.
 
Last but not least, 
Cornish Charcuterie’s silky Duck Liver Pâté with Cointreau, is deliciously decadent.
Excellent paired with crusty white bread with a tasty bottle of red.
