A luxurious take on the martini by , the Chocolate & Hazelnut Martini blends silky cream, roasted hazelnut and dark chocolate with a decadent pour of Rubis, finished with a touch of sea salt for the perfect sweet-savoury balance.

Ingredients:
25 ml Vodka or Tequila Blanco
15 ml Rubis Chocolate wine
15 ml Dark Chocolate sauce
20 ml Hazelnut sauce
30 ml Double Cream
1 pinch of sea salt flakes
10 ml Fancy Foamer

Glassware: Martini + Salted Caramel Rim.
Shake, dry shake and Double Strain.
Garnish with some crispy chocolate pearls.
