NEW ONLINE SHOP 🚐🥩

We have been working hard behind the scenes and are now pleased to offer our local customers the option to order their meaty goodies for delivery through our online shop. Our skillful butchers will prepare any cuts to your exact requirements and deliver them fresh straight to your door.

We can deliver to the following postcodes;
W3, W5, W7, W13, TW8 and UB6.

If you do live outside of these areas, call us anyway and we’ll see what we can do to help.

Generally, orders will be delivered between 9am and 2pm, and we recommend ordering the day before to guarantee we have or can get what you need. There will be a £5 delivery charge for orders under E75.

If you would like to place an order for delivery or collection in a more traditional way, simply call lo or pop in to your favourite/nearest shop, and we would be more than happy to arrange it for you. You can pay by debit or credit card over the telephone, or with cash on delivery.

We’d like to thank all of our customers for there continued support and hope to welcome new customers to the hook and cleaver family via our online system!

Unfortunately that time has come. 😢 With the constant rise in fuel costs, as well as others, sadly we can no longer absorb the costs of a free delivery service to our lovely customers.
Just as the larger supermarkets currently do, for less than a cost of a pint, we are still happy to venture out into the cold to make sure our customers get their fill of meaty goodies! From Saturday 26th September, for any deliveries under £75, we will have to add this charge on. Orders over £75 will be free.
We thank everyone for their continued support, custom and understanding. ❤️

We are pleased to announce that we are now back open at 8AM. As most of you know due to a very serious fire we were rendered unable to open at our regular shop times, fridges were down, stock was low BUT thankfully thanks to the team PK Refrigeration we are back and fully operational! 🐑🐄🐓🐖
