La manifestazione “LA MARCA DEL GUSTO” si svolge lunedì 5 dicembre 2016 a Londra e focalizza la propria attenzione sui produttori agroalimentari di una importante regione Italiana: le “Marche” ma è aperto anche ad eccellenze italiane di altre regioni e ad operatori e distributori gia’ presenti a Londra. La manifestazione si articola con una serie di eventi diversi, di cui i principali sono lunedì
5 dicembre una mostra mercato ove promuovere prodotti di eccellenza del made in Italy, particolarmente nel settore food & beverage, ove è prevista anche un’area specializzata dedicata al gelato artigianale. La mostra mercato viene preceduta domenica 4 dicembre da una serie di masterclass specialistiche a cui fa seguito una apericena di specialità marchigiane con la presenza di operatori del settore food & beverage ( COMUNICARE PARTECIPAZIONE)
“La Marca del Gusto” dà la possibilità alle aziende espositrici di far conoscere i propri prodotti agli addetti ai lavori che presenzieranno all’evento (ristoratori, chef, sommelier, delicatessen e gastronomie, società di catering, distributori, grossisti, importatori, ecc.) The Showcase “LA MARCA DEL GUSTO” takes place on Monday 5 December 2016, in London and it focuses its attention on the food producers of an important Italian region: the "Marche" but it is also open to Italian excellences of other regions (Sicily, Sardinia, Apulia, Piedmont, Veneto and Friuli) and to operators and distributors already in London. The showcase is composed of different events. The main one on Monday 5 December is an exhibition where to promote Italian products of excellence, included a specialised area dedicated to Artisan Ice Cream (gelato artigianale). On Sunday 4 December two specialist masterclasses will be held and they will be followed by an aperitif dinner of Marchigian delicacies, with the attendance of food & beverage operators.
“La Marca del Gusto” gives the opportunity to the exhibitors to introduce their products to professionals who will be attending the event (restaurateurs, chefs, sommeliers, delicatessen, caterers, distributors, wholesalers, importers, etc.). In addition, it is an opportunity for the visitors to taste and also buy the products themselves.
