🔥 Part 3 of our unplanned road trip brought us to Île d’Oléron! 🚗💨

We spent the day cycling through the claires, shallow, clay-lined maturation basins where the world famous Marennes Oléron oysters get their legendary flavour 🦪✨

We were also thrilled to discover the Éclades de moules. Local mussels arranged in a spiral, buried under a mountain of pine needles, and literally SET ON FIRE 🌲🔥 The pine ash cooks them instantly and gives them the most unreal smoky taste!

Trust me, you have to see this one to believe it... stay tuned for the video! 🎬👀
