ndon. London’s only independent cider makers, Umbrella London brews, presses and blends on-site, sourcing ingredients from British growers and farmers. Launched in 2015, their fiery alcoholic 5% Ginger Beer is made using only natural ingredients (hand pressed ginger; fresh squeezed lemon, cane sugar, malted barley, yeast and water) resulting in a unique ginger sediment at the bottom of the bottle which is activated when turned. Sessionable and versatile, Umbrella London’s Ginger Beer has been formulated to be enjoyed both on its own, mixed with spirits and as a cocktail ingredient. A recent rebrand saw Umbrella London shed their former ‘Brewing’ moniker upon the launch of their Sparkling Apple and Rhubarb Ciders, with more flavours imminent. Using Dabinett and Cox apples from British farmers, their sparkling apple cider is fresh, fruity, refreshing and light, available on draught and in cans alongside the latest addition to the Umbrella London line-up - a 4% clean and tart Rhubarb Cider made using dessert apples and fresh pressed rhubarb with a delicate fruity aroma and a pale rosé hue.
