Seasonal, sustainable menus & warm hospitality for weddings, celebrations & events that feel unforgettable.

Weddings, corporate events and private celebrations may look very different, but the way we approach them never really changes.

Every event begins with understanding the people behind it. We want to know what you are planning, who you are bringing together, how you want the occasion to feel and what matters most to you.

From there, we can take care of the details.

That includes creating the right menu, planning the service, working alongside your venue and other suppliers, looking after your guests and making sure everything happening behind the scenes supports the experience you want them to have.

After decades in this industry, we know that some of the most important parts of an event are the things a client should never have to think about on the day.

The timings work. The food arrives when it should. Guests feel looked after. The team knows what needs to happen next. If something unexpected occurs, it is dealt with calmly and professionally.

That is hospitality to us.

The venue might change. The menu might change. We could be looking after an intimate private dinner, a large corporate event or one of the biggest days of someone’s life.

The same level of thought, care and experience goes into every one.

If you have an event coming up and would rather concentrate on enjoying it than managing it, talk to us.

We’ll take care of the hospitality.

Cauliflower has had an interesting few years.

One minute we’re turning it into rice for summer, the next it’s back underneath a generous layer of cheese for winter. Through all of it, it has remained one of Suzanne’s favourite, and perhaps most underused, vegetables.

There is just one slight problem: her husband doesn’t like it.

So, naturally, she has spent quite a lot of time finding ways to make cauliflower considerably more exciting.

This is certainly one of them.

Whipped tofu with harissa roasted cauliflower, tahini, pomegranate, coriander and pine nuts. It is completely vegan, beautifully fresh and packed with flavour and texture.

It also reflects something that is really important to us when we create menus.

We don’t believe dishes should be included simply because an ingredient happens to be fashionable, and we certainly don’t believe a plant-based option should feel like an afterthought added to accommodate one or two guests.

A good menu considers the season, the occasion and the people sitting around the table. Every dish should earn its place and be something we would be delighted to serve to any guest, regardless of their dietary preferences.

Sometimes that simply means taking an ingredient people think they know and giving them a very good reason to look at it differently.

We’re still working on Suzanne’s husband.

If you’re planning a wedding, corporate event or private celebration, talk to us about creating a menu designed around you and your guests.

That is exactly the kind of feedback we love to receive, because a memorable event should never be about one thing alone.

This lovely review came from guests who joined us for one of our supper clubs and also attended lunch with us the previous Sunday. Alongside enjoying the atmosphere and company, they described the cocktails and event setup as “first class”, the portions as plentiful and good value, and the lamb and accompanying sides as “absolutely stunning”.

For us, that combination matters.

Of course, we want you to remember the food. We are caterers, after all. But we also want you to remember how you felt while you were there. We want the service to feel effortless, the atmosphere to encourage you to settle in and the food to give everyone another reason to stay around the table a little longer.

That same approach runs through everything we do, whether we are catering a supper club, wedding, corporate event or private celebration.

The occasion might change, but the level of thought, care and hospitality behind it does not.

If you have an event coming up and want to spend your time enjoying your guests rather than worrying about what is happening behind the scenes, talk to us.

We would be delighted to take care of the hospitality.

Burrata, ripe peaches, olive oil and fresh salad leaves.

Sometimes the simplest dishes are exactly what an occasion needs.

We created this one for a leaving party brunch, where the menu needed to feel fresh, relaxed and celebratory — food that could be enjoyed around the table while everyone concentrated on spending time together.

That's how we approach menu planning.
Rather than looking at what's currently trending, we consider the season, the occasion, the guests and the way the food will be enjoyed.

A summer brunch needs something very different from a formal dinner, winter wedding or large corporate event, and that's exactly why we love creating menus around each individual celebration.

When beautiful seasonal ingredients do most of the talking, our job is simply to know when to let them.

Anyone can cater an event when everything goes to plan.

The real value of experience shows itself when it doesn’t.

After almost 40 years in this industry and thousands of events, we know that even the most carefully planned occasion can occasionally throw something unexpected your way. Timings change, deliveries are delayed, plans move and sometimes you simply have to think on your feet.

That is when experience really matters.

When you book an experienced caterer, you are not simply paying for the food that arrives at the table. You are investing in the planning that happened beforehand, the team working quietly behind the scenes, trusted supplier relationships, knowledge built over decades and the ability to solve a problem without it becoming your problem.

You are investing in peace of mind.

A good event team knows where they need to be, what needs to happen next and when to step in. If something changes, they stay calm, make a decision and get things back on track.

Ideally, you will never even know there was anything to solve.

There is something else we have learnt over the years too. Guests may never know who the caterer is at an event, but they absolutely know where they are and how they feel.

They know whether they were warmly welcomed. They know whether the service felt effortless. They know whether the food was wonderful and whether they felt genuinely looked after.

That is hospitality.

Of course, beautiful food matters. It always will. But what you are really investing in is everything that allows you and your guests to simply enjoy it.

Whether you are planning a wedding, corporate event or private celebration, choose a team you trust with all the things you should not have to think about on the day.

Some birthdays deserve more than dinner out.

For this fabulous 80th birthday at Fabulous Fifty Seven, guests were welcomed with drinks and canapés before sitting down together to enjoy a specially curated menu — all surrounded by plenty of colour and a room full of people there to celebrate one very special person.

Private catering gives you the freedom to create an occasion around the way you actually want to celebrate.

That might mean drinks and canapés before dinner, a beautiful seated meal, sharing food around a table or something completely bespoke to you and your guests.

Our role is to make sure the food, timings and service all work seamlessly together, so you're not spending your own celebration checking what's happening in the kitchen or wondering when the next course needs to come out.

Milestone birthday, anniversary, private dinner or a celebration simply because you can — tell us what you're planning and we'll help you bring it together.

Let's plan your celebration.

What do guests actually remember most about a wedding?

After many years of catering weddings and looking after thousands of guests, we don’t believe the answer is simply “the food”. What people tend to remember is how the whole experience made them feel.

They remember being warmly welcomed and handed a glass of something cold and bubbly after the ceremony. They notice when a menu feels personal to the couple and has clearly been created with the occasion in mind.

They remember that wonderful moment when the food arrives and conversation around the table suddenly stops because everyone is concentrating on the first mouthful. We call it “the dining silence”, and after all these years, it still makes us smile.

Guests also notice good service, even if they don’t consciously realise they are noticing it. An experienced team knows when to be present and when to step back. Drinks are topped up, courses arrive at the right moment and everyone, from grandparents to toddlers, is made to feel equally important without the service ever becoming intrusive.

Then there are the conversations that linger around the table because nobody feels rushed. People slow down, enjoy the food and enjoy each other’s company. Sometimes you even look around the room and realise the phones have disappeared altogether.

For us, wedding catering has never simply been about feeding guests. It is about hosting people, and those are two very different things.

A wedding meal becomes the backdrop to speeches, reunions, laughter, tears and conversations between people who may not have been together in the same room for years. The food and service are there to support all of those moments, not distract from them.

Your guests may not remember every flower in the bouquet or every song that played, but they will remember whether they felt welcomed, comfortable and genuinely looked after.

They will remember how your wedding made them feel.

That is why, for us, great catering will always be about food and hospitality working together.

If you’re planning your wedding and looking for a team who understands the importance of both, we’d love to hear what you have planned.

There’s something really lovely about hosting a celebration at home.

Your own space, your favourite people and the freedom to create an occasion that feels completely personal to you.

But what if you don’t have enough room around the table? Or enough tables, for that matter?

That doesn’t have to stop you.

Alongside the catering and hospitality, we can help arrange the practical side of your celebration too. Marquees for the garden, tables and chairs, linen, glassware and the additional pieces you need to turn your home into a proper event space — just ask.

Our feasting menus work particularly well for celebrations at home. Think generous dishes designed to be passed around the table and enjoyed together, creating a relaxed, sociable atmosphere without you spending half the day preparing food and the other half worrying about your guests.

Whether it’s a milestone birthday, anniversary, garden party or simply a very good reason to get everyone together, we can help you think beyond the menu and bring the whole celebration together.

You enjoy being the host. We’ll take care of the hospitality.

By the time the first guest walks through the door, hours of work have often already happened behind the scenes.

Tables set, deliveries checked, food prepared, timings confirmed, suppliers coordinated, staff briefed and countless little details taken care of.

Then the doors open and, from a guest’s perspective, everything simply works.
That’s the part of great hospitality we really value.

Whether we’re catering a wedding, corporate event or private celebration, our job isn’t simply to provide beautiful food. It’s to make sure everything surrounding it has been considered too, so you can actually enjoy the event you’ve spent so much time planning.

The guests don’t need to see the work.

They just need to feel the result.

Planning an event? Let’s talk about how we can take care of the catering and hospitality for you.

When you think of event venues in London, the Household Cavalry Museum probably isn't the first place that springs to mind... but it absolutely should be.
And we're clearly not the only ones who think so.

The museum has been shortlisted for Best Unusual or Unique Venue at the London Venue & Catering Awards, as well as Visitor Attraction or Events Venue of the Year at the Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Business Awards.

Two very well-deserved nominations for a venue that really is unlike anywhere else.

Set within historic Horse Guards in the heart of London, it's one of those wonderfully unexpected spaces that brings history, character and a real sense of occasion to an event.

It's also a great example of why we value the relationships we've built with venues and trusted suppliers over the years.

Every venue works differently. There are timings, access, kitchens, service requirements and countless other details happening behind the scenes. When everyone involved understands their role and works together, you get what every host really wants: an event that simply feels effortless.

We've been fortunate to cater in some incredible spaces across London and beyond, and there's something particularly special about creating an event somewhere your guests might never have expected.

We're delighted to see the Household Cavalry Museum and its team getting some very well-deserved recognition, and we'll certainly be keeping everything crossed for them.

If you're planning a corporate event or private celebration and fancy a London venue with a little more story behind it, the Household Cavalry Museum is certainly worth knowing about.

And if you need the catering and hospitality to match, you know where to find us.
