Here's what's on every Friday 👇

Fried red bream with peas and rice, gravy and hot pepper. Or with seasoned fries and Fancy Sauce.
Steamed yellowtail snapper with pumpkin and okra, cooked to order. Give it 25 minutes. It's worth it.
The BFF, our fried fish burger, now made with red bream.
Shrimp curry roti, sweet prawns in a potato curry.
Garlic pepper butter prawns.

We're in the final. 🇧🇧

Our BFC Cutter is a finalist in the 2026 Street Food Championships, with chef Amanda Powell competing for us. Chicken marinated for 24 hours in green seasoning, from Gran's recipe in the hills of Barbados. Then so**ed cucumber, crispy onions and Fancy Sauce on toasted brioche. In Barbados, a sandwich is a cutter. This one's ours.
