Based in the highlands of Oliveira do Hospital, Elisa Freire Lobo farms organically across granite soils at 560-600m 🍇

Coming from a family deeply rooted in the region, Elisa rebuilt the estate with a focus on biodiversity 🌱

Her parcels include ancient field blends, all harvested by hand, bringing together traditional Portuguese varieties with incredible balance and natural freshness, showing the region at its best ✨
