We hosted a lovely group of gentlemen yesterday for a stag do!

The Stag was apparently a bit of a history buff too, so as we were in 1066 country we took a little detour to Battle Abbey and of course he had to dress like the King for the day (he's still undecided if he's William or Harold), surrounded by his loyal servants!

I hope they have a great happily ever after!

We had a lovely group of Norwegian guests who took a Mid Sussex small group English W**e Tour yesterday.

It was a little chilly, but the sun came out for our final stop . We also visited **euk , **e and the lovely for lunch. Lovely time was had by all!

We're out on a Small Group English W**e Tour today, a bit sad to be using the heating rather than the AC, but this is England and the weather is always full of surprises! This photo reminds me of the Spring sunshine, which is apparently due to return next Wednesday.

I feel so sorry for my many vineyard friends, this cold snap has bought with it some nasty frosts which means the frost watch teams have been in action all over the country.

I think tonight is another cold one, so good luck to everyone lighting candles tonight and roll on some more Spring sunshine!

It has been a tough few nights for English Vineyards with some of the heaviest frosts we've seen in recent years.

I took my first group of guests to last week. We sat outside on the patio basking in the Spring sunshine with glorious views of the rolling hills of the Kent countryside, and most importantly enjoying a tasting of their first release.
