🚀 DRY HOP DAY 🚀

Today we loaded up the Hop Rocket and charged our McPale Ale with a generous dry hop addition of Yakima Chief Hops Mosaic® and Citra® Cryo hops.

The result? Expect huge aromas of ripe mango, passionfruit and citrus, backed up by juicy tropical fruit flavours and a bright, refreshing finish. The Cryo hop process helps concentrate the lupulin, delivering all that hop character with less vegetal matter and maximum flavour impact.

McPale Ale is shaping up to be an absolute belter and will be ready for next weeks ShuttersUp 👀🍻
