When Komin Yamada was commissioned for this task his mandate was to develop a range of knives that was truly new and revolutionary, using the best materials available and the latest manufacturing techniques. He was to fashion a series of kitchen knives which would appeal to the professional and amateur chef alike, be comfortable and easy to handle, and meet their most demanding requirements.

Broom broom, Goodwood! 🏎️💨

As we approach the end of the show, we just wanted to say what an amazing time we’ve had at Goodwood! It’s been incredible meeting so many Global Knife fans, looking at the best vintage outfits and seeing so many of you get hands-on with our knives.

We couldn’t be happier to have spent the weekend here and we hope you’ve loved it as much as we have! ❤️

And of course, we’re glad our little Global Kei van managed to blend right in! 🇯🇵🏎️
