For Goodness Shakes is already the UK’s No.1 Recovery drink brand and it’s now available in all major Irish retailers nationwide.
- Protein
A high protein low-fat delicious shake designed to promote the growth and maintenance of functional muscle. Each shake is only 205 calories.
- Recovery
Helps promote your recovery and boosts the immune system which is depressed. It helps to repair and build damaged muscle and also helps sustain your energy for longer and aids protein synthesis. Recover faster and you’ll be ready to go again sooner.
- Ultimate
Containing 25g protein and 25g carbohydrate, it enhances recovery. Together these are effective in either boosting the rate of muscle glycogen re-synthesis, or replacing energy stores. Increasing the natural anabolic hormone insulin after training circulates the blood with glucose which helps to drive protein into the thirsty muscle cell and thus increasing protein absorption.
- Protein 21
This shake is an enriched milk drink that packs the goodness of Vitamins B12 and D, along with 21g of protein. Whilst rich in protein, each bottle is low in fat or fat free; there is no added sugar so you get a nutritious shake for only 125 calories (Chocolate 139 calories, Strawberry 131 calories). Being only 330ml, they are perfect for a busy, on-the-go lifestyle! Aurivo Consumer Foods are the exclusive distributors of For Goodness Shakes in the Republic of Ireland. www.Aurivo.ie
