Mini golf, big flavours.
We were so pleased to join one of our favourite partner venues, Battersea Arts Centre and their amazing mini golf experience brought to you by RISING ⛳️
And in classic Boulevard style, we made sure to design a menu to reflect the amazing golf holes, each designed by female artists.
Endive, beetroot hummus, sorrel
Inspired by Pat’s portfolio and the Faceoff mini golf hole, this vegan starter draws on the bold black and white palette with pops of red seen throughout Pat’s artwork. A vegan, gluten free
tubby custard: Inspired by Soda Jerk’s installation, Algorithmic K-Holes and the Techno-Serfdom of Simulated Entrapment Under Slop Capitalism, this dessert takes a playful approach to the installation’s pop culture references, reimagining the iconic Teletubbies’ Tubby Custard with a nostalgic twist.
Poached pear and Casshel blue, red onion marmalade on Charcoal crute: A true staple of our classic canapé collection. Drawing inspiration from the bold geometry of the Square Peg, Round Hole art installation.
Chickpea panisse, curried aubergine, pomegranate salsa: A vegan, gluten free alternative presented on a Renee sourced materials representing sound waves inspired by the immersive sense experience.
brie & FIG toastie: Inspired by Yankunytjatjara artist Kaylene Whiskey’s Ananyi – Travelling mini golf hole, this canapé reinterprets one of Kaylene Whiskey’s favourite snacks, a brie sandwich on Jatz crackers, finished with desert fig (ili), a native fruit synonymous with the APY Lands.
