Our Hazelnut liqueur is a truly spectacular spirit. A real celebration of the main ingredient – the hazelnut. Fabulous to drink neat over an ice cube, but it also makes a spectacular cocktail – The Nut Job:

· 50ml (double) Nutcracker
· 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
· 5ml Sugar Sirup
· 2 dashes of Angostura Bitter
· 10 drops of foaming agent (optional)

Instruction:
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
