Our offering comprises a range of cold-pressed organic vegetable and fruit juices, a healthy breakfast menu, coffee, cakes (including gluten-free and dairy-free) and a selection of fresh sandwiches on artisanal bread. Cold-pressing is way of extracting the maximum amount of juice from the least amount of produce. It works without the use of a rotary blade centrifugal juicer, which is the most prev

alent method used for commercial juicing. When the blades in a centrifugal juicer spin at up to 16,000RPM there is an abundance of heat produced by friction. The hot blades then contact the produce, often destroying sensitive enzymes, lowering the nutritional value of the juice, and affecting the taste. With cold pressing, the juice stays fresh for longer, has higher yield from the produce, tastes better and also retains the highest amount of nutrients. We are open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday in Ellis st., 10am-6pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9am-5pm in Chelsea.

We do a range of "bowls" like a chia pudding, 3 different acai bases and coconut yoghurt. Either of these can be chosen, but we offer smaller sizes in the customer fridges with included toppings or we can make a customised "bowl" with the 3 toppings included in the price and any other topping being Β£1 extra !!----
