Cookie Spotlight 💡
Swipe through to see the different flavours I’ve made of these super chunky NYC style cookies!
I make stuffed fully loaded, which are filled and then decorated once baked and just the regular version too
The flavours, in no particular order include
Fully loaded; Lotus Biscoff, Oreo, Kinder bar, kinder bueno, kinder with happy hippo and the regular red velvet, chocolate chip, chocolate chip with fredo/ happy hippo; chocolate chip & walnut, oat & raisin, double chocolate, smarties.. I think that’s all of them! 😅
What’s funny is for the longest time I didn’t think I’d be able to make cookies, I don’t know why
I remember trying cookies from & .delights and being BLOWN away (they both make DEEEELICOUS cookies, like just the most perfect mix of crispy and gooey, soft and chewy literally just YUM)
But then around this time last year I tried, took a few attempts of trial and error and I finally managed!!! (Scroll to the last photo for my first successful attempt)
Since “mastering” NYC style cookies and starting Markets with Rukiya from this February we literally sell out time and time again with the top favourites being Lotus, kinder, smarties and red velvet
