Seriously, can’t wait to get back to be able to do fun stuff like this again. Being sold out after the incredible first year we’ve had is the most frustrating thing that’s happened so far. We’ve had a lot of ups and downs, twists and turns but this one really tests mentality. Really hope we can get the orders we need to get this next massive production done so we’re never sold out ever again! Thanks for sticking by us… ❤️🙏

When your crisps have more flavour than the entire aisle combined 💪 Mr Singh’s crisps always chokeslammed BORING CRISPS through the mat. Once the next production is ready, we’re going to choke slam them again.
Stay spicy. Stay undefeated. 🌶🥊

We started making our spicy products from our garden shed in East London. For years, we’d take them to exhibitions and farmers markets around the UK. In June, after years we exhibited at the BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham. It was incredible meeting everyone, so many kind words, so much love and support. We’d forgotten how much fun it was but also remembered how much time, effort and energy it takes! The back pain after 😂😩😩😩 Good times!!

Oiiiiiii, fix up, look sharp! We’re nearly ready to drop the crisps like it’s the hottest album out of East London again. 🥵🔥 Just a few more emails to land, some i’s to dot and t’s to cross, then it’s lights on, mics checked, and flavour turned all the way up. 💽
‘Boy in da Corner’ energy, but this time it’s Mr. Singh’s Chilli Crisps in the corner. Stay locked, the drop’s coming soon. 🚀🌶️ (Insta didn’t let us use Dizzee Rascal music for this post 😩)

🔥 Taking it back to 2010…
We were just a few years into our journey, turning heads and making noise on the independent food scene, rocking up to farmers’ markets and food exhibitions up and down the country with our spicy creations and shouting loud about what we loved on social media (yes, we were doing social media 15 years ago!) 😳

Then one day, Tom Parker Bowles, yes, the food critic from The Mail on Sunday reached out. He’d heard about this family brand making waves from a garden shed in East London and wanted to come see it for himself.

Tom came over, and from the moment he stepped inside, it just clicked. No pretense, no fuss, just good food, good conversation, and a shared love for proper flavour. By the end of the day, it felt like he was part of the family.

A few weeks later, his article dropped, a full piece in The Mail on Sunday, telling our story to the nation. He wrote about how we’d started from scratch, creating something bold, different, and full of heart… right there in our shed.

Out of that one story came opportunities, including a call from Selfridges. Before we knew it, the spicy products we were making in our shed were sitting on the shelves of one of the most iconic stores in the world 🤯

From our back garden to Oxford Street, all because we believe in what we were doing and never stopped shouting about it.

🔥 Proof that small beginnings can lead to extraordinary places.

Matt had the full Mr Singh’s family experience ❤️we’re so excited to see the full episode!
Nyama Choma is the Kenyan version and Swahili word for BBQ, and Lamb Kebabs are a family favourite, the skill is to add balanced ingredients to make them mouth-wateringly juicy, giving a sensational taste - perhaps the next flavour of Mr Singh’s Crisps? 😍🤤
Mogo chips are made from Cassava, which are soft boiled and grilled on charcoal. Once they are charred they are slit open and sprinkled with chilli and salt with a squeeze of lemon juice. A bite of freshly made Mogo makes taste buds dance with joy of amazing taste. These are the inspiration behind our Chilli, Lemon and Cracked Salt flavour crisps! 🔥
Gol Gappa or Paní Puri is the most consumed street food in India. They are made of a puffed pastry ball that is filled with vegetables and dipped into a sweet & sour sauce filling before it is eaten whole. The crunch from the pastry blends with the filling and the liquid sauce that sparks a mouthful of explosive flavour. 💥
