Mikolasch Organic: Single Farm 2.0 opens with soft florals and subtle spice, moving into a creamy, peppery body with hints of vanilla and almond, finishing with a crisp warmth.

The product of organic wheat grown by farmer Roman Kovalchuk in Smoldyriv Ukraine, harvested in July and distilled in December 2024.
