Mais uma experiência, mais uma receita nova para os Wshops :-)
MANTEIGA DE MILHO

Ingredientes:
- Um frasco de milho cozido (sempre biológico pois não quero uma manteiga transgénica e todo o milho que não é bio, está geneticamente modificado)
- 1 colher de sopa de levedura nutricional (ou levedura de cerveja)
- 3 colheres sopa de azeite de boa qualidade
- Sumo de um limão (ou 1/2 se for grande)
- Sal, curcuma e pimenta preta a gosto

Bater tudo num processador de alimentos até ficar cremoso.
Pode adicionar ervas aromáticas :-))

Guardar no frio e comer sem culpa

Na foto são servidas em tostas de trigo sarraceno (sem glúten) e com Biovivos de ervilha, girassol e germinados de brócolo.
