After our w**e tasting last night we can confirm that these bubbles are a deliciously delightful way to celebrate in style or just to enjoy a cosy evening in ✨✨✨✨

Henners Vineyard was founded in the early 2000s, the w**ery is based in the village of Herstmonceux on England’s south coast. Just five miles from the English Channel, their vineyard thrives on a strong coastal influence, with sea breezes that bring a crisp salinity and personality.

Henners have a big focus on always improving sustainability. They work on reducing their carbon footprint, improving soil health, and protecting the vineyard and surrounding environment.

Tasting notes: Rich baked orchard fruit, honey, gentle spice, and balanced tannins

How to Serve: Enjoyed as an after-dinner digestif with cheese, nuts, and dried fruit, or as an aperitif served over a large ice cube with a tiny splash of soda.

Beccy and Sam work with several old orchards across this traditional growing c***r region. All fruit comes from unsprayed and unfertilised traditional orchards. Naturally, only wild yeasts are used, with no filtering and no additives whatsoever.
