News is ooooout and heres our new look. Everything starts from somewhere, it grows and becomes intertwined with so many other systems that support one another, nothing in nature works alone and that is what we want to feed into with our new farm 🤩🌷💐🌳

📢NEWS - in a nutshell...
1. Audacious Veg has come to an end. We can't thank everyone enough for all the love and support over the last 2 years
2. We're moving to a new patch of land in East Sussex, which be will our new farm and home on 4.6 acres of bare fields soon to become an ecological and regenerative haven
3. Our new name is Aweside Farm, a name close to our hearts as Loch Awe is where we jokingly said we'd become farmers one day and live of the land not knowing we actually would 2 years later
4. East Sussex we're coming for yaaaa with some super funky produce from edible flowers, cut flowers, veg, herbs and dried produce. Holla at your growers for info and collabs!
5. Next week we'll be showing you around the new plot so keep an eye out for videos and posts and well be sharing our journey throughout as we build our news lives up from scratch!

Parisian Carrots - these are a French heirloom, and grow a little like a radish! Theyre still popular in France, where there are clay rich soils, and that's why weve given them a go, our soil is a heavy clay, so roots can find it hard to work their way through, but not these little nippers!

The Highland Burgundy Red potato. Sweet and fluffy and they're so delicious. We roasted them up last night and woweeeee they are good.
Largely a forgotten variety and seldom available as it yields quite low compared to the yellow tatties, but when it tastes this good and looks stunning, then we're all about it and they'll be one of our staple potatoes in our future growing from now
