A navajo taco - freshly made to order and served at the fabulous Blue Coffee Pot restaurant in Kayenta, Arizona. This restaurant is located within the Navajo Nation tribal area and it was absolutely heaving with local families and groups of friends having hearty lunches. Wonderful, friendly service and to top it all - one of the local diners silently walked over to my husband and myself and shook our hands. As my husband said, the gesture was to make us feel welcomed. Incidentally, the restaurant was right next to a McDonald's and Taco Bell and the parking lots there were half as full.

More food inspiration in the beautiful Colorado Rockies. So pleased we got to sample some of the slow smoked brisket . We definitely earned it after a 10 mile hike to Crystal Mill (followed by another hike one mile uphill to Hanging Lake in Glenwood Canyon.

Looking back on a super busy summer event season - there was definitely a lot of variety, which we love as it showcases our wide range of menus and service style. This was a fabulous taco bar set up in mid summer - a perfect way to feed a crowd quickly and who doesn't love tacos. Lots of slow cooked meats, salads and salsas made with the abundance of gorgeous produce available over summer.

Colourful platters from an event last week - all vegan and gluten free. All of our food is freshly made to order and we can adapt dishes to meet a wide range of dietary requirements.

Earlier this week we were also back at Eurotunnel for more plateau repas deliveries for the Board (visiting from France so we always deliver an hour earlier than UK lunchtime). We always try to showcase local ingredients where we can and our plateau repas cheeseboard this time included Kentish Blue and Ashmore Farmhouse cheese.

Yesterday it was lovely to be back at Yeomanry House in central London for the Reserve Forces Assoc - platters of our 'Big Bites' served up for with drinks for 120.

Canapes with on a beautiful early September day. Some of our classics - Japanese fried chicken and wasabi mayo, Thai crab salad and superfood summer rolls w peanut chilli dip (I think every wedding we have done this year has had these!) plus a sun-dried tomato and olive pinwheel which was a new request from the couple

Food goals in Copenhagen. So simple but I just love the clean, fresh flavours of Scandinavian cuisine. Beetroot, fresh horseradish, dill, fresh fish, mustard, rye. Can't get any better.
