cloud ‘cream cheese’ greek yoghurt overnight + bagel

my course at inspiring me be creative with foods I crave and so this bagel was born 👼 pure Greek yoghurt with all the tang and saltiness of cream cheese and no thickeners or fillers

Recipe
500g 5% organic Greek yoghurt
2 tsp lemon juice
1 ¼ tsp salt

🌀spring eating 🌀 traditional wellness systems often focus on lighter, fresher foods that support digestion and energy after winter. Fermented foods like yoghurt can help support gut diversity and digestion, while higher protein breakfasts can also help with satiety and steadier energy through the morning.

Mama ate sardines before vogue made it cool 💅🏼

Recipe

1 tin sardines in extra virgin olive oil, drained ( keep oil for cooking eggs/rice/noodles)
1 heaped tbsp 5% - 10% greek yoghurt
¼ lemon
Good pinch salt
Good pinch pepper
1 tbsp caper, chopped
1 tbsp jalapeño chóped or sliced
1 tbsp coriander chopped
1 tbsp spring onion chopped
1 tbsp jalapeno brine/juice
3 slices tomato, lightly salted
2 tbsp pesto
Rocket or basil leaves optional
1 - 2 tsp Tabasco to taste

👩🏻‍🍳 taste the sardine mousse before adding - little salty and acidic with nice hit from to***co - will make it pop between bread

Bagel air fry 200c from frozen or fresh 7-10 mins
