So, what’s actually happening and where are we going? 🥕

Two members of the Noble Roots team — Jovan and Tess — are hitting the road.

But first, what exactly is a guest shift?

For one night, we become guests behind another bar’s counter, bringing a little piece of Noble Roots with us — our cocktails, ideas and stories.

On this trip, we’ll be talking about the place we call home: Belgrade, Serbia and the Balkans — their nature, culture, flavours and stories. And, of course, we’ll be serving a few drinks from our current Balkan Tales menu, where each cocktail is inspired by a different Balkan legend.
