A journey through the Ramily with Emma 🙋🏻‍♀️

From joining The Grove in Exmouth at just 17 to celebrating 15 years as part of the Ramily, Emma’s Young’s journey has come full circle!

Having worked her way up from Deputy Manager to General Manager, Emma’s passion for pubs, people and events has taken her on an incredible journey, leading her to her role at Area Sales & Marketing Coordinator today.

For Emma, Young’s has always been about the people, the friendships and the feeling of being part of one big family.

Here’s to the journey so far, Emma! ❤️

A huge well done to everyone from across Young's Pubs who took on the 37km Surrey Three Peaks charity hike yesterday! 🥾🗻

Despite the rainy start, our fantastic team showed incredible determination and teamwork to conquer the challenge.

Together, they raised an amazing £14,315 for Maddy’s Mark charity!🎗️

We hope everyone’s recovering well. What an achievement and a brilliant example of what we can accomplish together! 🙌

The team at the Queen Adelaide are giving their used coffee grounds a second life - inviting customers to take home a box and put them to good use in their gardens 🍃

It’s a simple way to help waste and do something good for the environment, while customers can also support the The Clink Charity through donations.

A brilliant example of how small actions can make a difference to the environment and community 💚
