Following on from our article last year exploring ’s Circularity Gap Report reports that there’s a worrying decline in progress towards circularity - and so the move to net zero.

Despite this lip service over action we are inspired every day by the better businesses and ethical shoppers who come to us to make more intentional choices.

So recognising there’s more work to do, this we are here to spotlight & celebrate our incredible brand partners that upcycle would-be wasted materials.

As the games has now come to a close we are reflecting on how inspiring it is to see not just the amazing feats but the way sport brings people together.

We see this too through our brand partners and who use sport as part of their social mission.

The brand-able sportswear by supports refugees through the power of sport. Half of the profits from every sale goes to the KLABU Foundation to build and maintain sports clubhouses in refugee camps. First pic is two of our co-founders Jamie & Matt trying on these sports tees ⚽️

Did you see our brand partner The Glasshouse scooped a gold medal and perfect score at the RHS Chelsea Flower show at the start of the summer?

It led us to reflect on the journey we’ve had together and we’re delighted to announce that since working together, Social Supermarket orders on our marketplace and for corporate clients created 50 days of living wage employment for women in prison preparing for their release and 20 days of training for the team of women going through the project 🎉🌱

15.8 billion pumpkins 🎃 get wasted every year- this year let’s try and change that statistic. It’s time to .

Did you know you can eat almost the whole pumpkin, everything but the stalk. Here’s some ideas of how to get the most out of your pumpkin this Halloween.

•Flesh- perfect for soups and curries
•Seeds- Bake in the oven to get yourself a tasty healthy snack. They also are great sprinkled on top of salads and soups.
•Guts- The slimy stuff, the part most often neglected. Add it to water and boil it down to make a broth a great base for soups.

Have you ever thought about decorating your pumpkin instead of carving? Less mess, less waste and your pumpkin will stay fresh until you're ready to eat it.
