Some autumnal cupcake specials that will be in store this week before spooky season takes over.

Banoffee: a banana infused brown sugar sponge filled with a brown butter and brown sugar rum infused banana caramel topped with a vanilla bean mascarpone buttercream, more caramel, a grating of dark chocolate and a caramelised banana.
Pumpkin Spice: Pumpkin sponge infused with the unique combination of spices used to create that unmistakable pumpkin pie spice flavour, topped with a brown butter maple cream cheese buttercream ‘pumpkin’ on a ring of toasted pumpkin seeds.
Fig, walnut & whipped feta: Walnut sponge filled with a house made fig jam topped with a whipped feta and honey buttercream, garnished with a toasted walnut half, fresh fig slice and a drop of honey.
