Thos cake might look complicated but the most complicated thing you need is a donut shaped cake tin and a piping bag with a star piping tip.

P.S. this recipe works well with gluten free flour too! (I use doves farm/freee)

Building the ultimate dairy free and vegan Christmas chocolate tin 🎄 Just like Quality Street/Roses but vegan! No one has to miss out!

All chocolates and where to buy them are at the end of the video (most from regular shops). Some you have to wrap yourself (use tin foil or buy sweet wrappers online) but most come wrapped already.

Sweet Pea’s is based in Nantwich, Cheshire and specialises in vegan and gluten free cakes. All cakes are available for collection from Nantwich and no order is too small. From birthday cakes to a tray of brownies or a box of cupcakes there is something for everyone.

All cakes and bakes are made in a kitchen with a five star hygiene rating and we have food hygiene and food allergy certificates from the food standards agency. Being vegan myself I can reassure you that no animal products are used in your vegan cake and I take the same care with other allergens if you require an allergen free cake.
