Garlic Butter Beef Pasta Bliss Pot
Ingredients:
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 12 oz rotini pasta
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 5 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 1/2 cups beef broth
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• Fresh basil, torn, for garnish
Instructions:
Brown the Beef:
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Build the Pasta:
Add butter and minced garlic to the pot, stirring until aromatic, about 1 minute. Stir in rotini, beef broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Final Touches:
Mix in Asiago cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with torn basil leaves and serve hot from the pot.
