Instructions:
Brown the Beef:
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Build the Pasta:
Add butter and minced garlic to the pot, stirring until aromatic, about 1 minute. Stir in rotini, beef broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

Instructions:

Instructions:
Prep the Roll-Ups:
Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the pickle spears dry with a paper towel. Wrap each spear tightly with a slice of beef jerky or prosciutto.

Instructions:

Instructions:

Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, following package instructions. Drain, reserving ⅓ cup of pasta water, and set aside.
