Hi all, August 1-4 we're co-hosting a small run of very special mezcal events in collaboration with Mexican social ecologist mega mezcal nerd 😚 Vinik Jure Oses Sulvaran
This is also the first chance to get a look behind the doors of incoming Stoke Newington agave emporium, Sorbito. (Sorbito opens proper in October).
'More-than-Mezcal' will begin with a deep dive into the spirits and communities of Miahuatlán, southern Oaxaca. Where we'll end up, nobody quite knows, but we can guarantee it will be somewhere fascinating... and the rarest and most exceptional agave spirits on the planet (most entirely unique to this event) will fuel the journey.
