Rufus has over 20 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, ranging from haute cuisine private chef for intimate dinner parties, to running the food and beverage department of a 5* resort in Antigua. With a depth of knowledge of all aspects of the industry and a huge passion for his craft, Rufus has become one of the most in demand private chefs in London. His love for cooking
began at an early age when his mother took him to a culinary course run by Rosemary Shrager (from the TV series ‘Two Fat Ladies’) and then developed whilst working for his father’s infamous restaurant ‘Pucci Pizza Chelsea’. He decided to take his love for food further and was invited to take a course at the prestigious school of Paul Bocuse in Lyon. On his return to London he opened his own restaurant alongside Spencer Patrick, the countries youngest Michelin star chef, another great inspiration. He then took on the position of head chef at The Tickell Arms in Cambridge before returning to London to further his career as a private chef, including work as a ‘celebrity’ chef for Fun Raising

He has since worked in many private residences and catered for events ranging from dinner parties to weddings and charity events.
