Meet our new reseller in the Netherlands: Ave Teas 🌿

We are happy to welcome Ave Teas to the IDM Dispensers reseller network.

Ave Teas is a Dutch family business built around a shared passion for tea, with a focus on organic loose leaf teas, responsible sourcing and their Fairchain values.

As true tea specialists, they are now offering our Multi X dispensers for loose leaf tea, giving tea shops, specialty retailers, cafés and other businesses in the Netherlands a local source for both quality tea and professional dispensing solutions.

This is one of the things we love most about what we do 😊

A few months ago, The Way Station Mercantile was still in the planning stages. Jen came to us with her store plans, measurements and a pretty clear idea of what she needed. We helped with the final dispenser choices and worked out the right setup for the space.

And then, little by little, we got to see it all come together.

From an empty store and rows of empty dispensers to a fully stocked bulk section ready for opening.

The Way Station uses a mix of our Free Flow PRO bulk dispensers, scoop bins and Supremo coffee dispensers, with customers choosing exactly what they want and how much they want to take.

We really enjoyed being part of this one, and the before and after says quite a lot on its own!

This is one of those projects that immediately caught our eye!

Kith Treats has opened its first UK flagship on London's Regent Street, and we just love seeing how every element works together to create a clean, elegant space.

We are always excited to see our dispensers become part of projects like this, showing that dispensing solutions can be every bit as elegant as the spaces they are designed for.

This project features four sets of IDM H50 Turn & Serve dispensers, beautifully integrated into the design to present toppings in a clean, organized, and inviting way.

It's a great reminder that dispensers don't have to be loud or purely functional. With the right design, they can become part of the overall experience.

Summer + frozen yogurt + toppings walls = perfection 🍦☀️🍭

We are seeing more and more yogurt places around the world turning toppings into a full experience, and honestly… we LOVE it.

Take a look at Yogurberry Australia and these beautiful IDM dispenser walls across their NSW locations.
Colorful, interactive, super clean, and just really fun to use.

One of the coolest things about this project is that each store used a slightly different setup from our Free Flow line to fit the space perfectly. Some went taller, some more compact, but they all kept the same fun Yogurberry vibe throughout the network.

And let’s be honest… walking up to a huge toppings wall and building your perfect bowl never gets old 😍

What started as a magical candy concept became a global experience.

Hans & Gretel didn't just build stores, they took the classic kids' story and turned it into a wonderful shopping adventure. And the way candy is presented plays a huge part in that.

Across multiple locations, they chose to work with idm dispensers to bring consistency, hygiene, and that clean “wow” effect to every store.

Nearly a decade ago, IDM and Cal-Mil started working together with a shared belief: that the details of a hotel breakfast matter, that a dispenser should be as good-looking as it is functional, and that hospitality professionals deserve equipment built to last.

When Soda Fountain Express in St. Louis was just a blueprint, they knew they needed a candy wall that was as iconic as their Freak Shakes. 🍭✨

We’ve been part of the family since day one! Looking back at their opening journey since May 2023, it’s amazing to see how our 10 Free Flow dispensers (Model H50L-SI-FF) have become a signature part of their retro-modern vibe.

Being integrated into the initial setup means these dispensers weren't just an afterthought, they were a design choice. They offer that perfect "interactive" moment for guests while they wait for their burgers and shakes. 🥤🍔
