Another great event this weekend. With the up and down weather 🌦️ and temperature changes these doughs needed some extra TLC however were perfect in time for this birthday party. Everyone enjoyed the wood oven sourdough pizzas! 💕Thank you to the lovely hosts. Look forward to next year ☺️

A sneaky peak of the HY pizza van party prep last night. Serving the fresh sourdough pizzas on the wood fired oven. Cooking up delicious Pepperoni, Ham and mushroom and Margherita pizza. 😋
We absolutely loved serving these guests for their special party. 🥳

Pre-party setup last week. Classic HY van in place in this stunning setting. We thoroughly enjoyed serving the 160+ guests the delicious wood fired sourdough pizza, arancini balls and parmesan and rosemary hand cut chips.

Pizza pizza pizza! We were feeling a little inspired before our Naples trip so did a quick little pizza on the Ooni. Not our normal wood fired pizza but just as delicious 🤤
