So, who are Roast & Ground? ☕️

We’re a complete workplace coffee and refreshment service, helping businesses, offices and schools create great coffee experiences for their teams and visitors.

From supplying the coffee beans and choosing the right coffee machine, through to installation, ongoing support and our daily management service, we take care of the whole set-up.

But for us, it’s not just about the coffee or the machines. It’s about the service that comes with them.

From our 𝘍𝘶𝘦𝘭 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘋𝘢𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘦 ☕ raising funds for Only A Pavement Away 💛 and their fantastic work connecting people facing homelessness with employment opportunities, to supporting the incredible efforts of the Marine Conservation Society 🌊🐬 to protect our oceans, we’re proud to champion causes that make a real difference.

We also love giving back to our local community, including donating coffee to Kingston’s Your Local Pantry , where visitors can enjoy a free cup when they visit. ☕😊

From where it all began to the business we are today, it’s been 24 years of great coffee, brilliant customers, new ideas and plenty of hard work behind the scenes.

Being a family-run business means we’ve always been able to stay close to our customers, keep things personal and continue to evolve as the workplace coffee industry changes.

And there’s plenty to be proud of along the way. From becoming a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗕 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗧𝗠 to continually looking at new ways to improve our service, our coffee and our impact, we’re always looking ahead to what’s next. 🌍

Chloe joins the Roast & Ground team with a background in hospitality, customer experience and account management across retail and food delivery. She also has barista experience, so it’s safe to say she knows her way around great coffee!

Only around 𝟭% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸, making it more important than ever that we value and protect this precious resource.

We’re pleased to welcome 𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗿 to the Roast & Ground team as our new 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿.

Ellis joins us with experience across customer service, logistics and maintenance, bringing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on delivering a great customer experience.

In her new role, Ellis will be leading our Service Desk team, helping to ensure we continue providing outstanding support to our customers.
