👋🏼 I’m Daniel and the Founder of Reformed Characters 🍸

Dry January is something we are either all in on, or something which ends up being a bit of a joke. As a lifelong binge drinker I was firmly in the joking category, a (very) hard no from me.

Except my mental health was in the gutter and my life felt like total chaos. In 2018 I somehow ended up doing my first Dry January and stopping drinking following that (and a few bumps along the way) — here are my 5 reasons why.
