It all began from watching my parents cook at an early age and being fascinated by how simple ingredients could magically become the most amazing dishes. Then when my nieces and nephews would come round on the weekends or stay for sleepovers I discovered the best way to entertain them was to get them baking. Being a vegetarian with an Indian heritage gave me an unique perspective on how different spices and flavours can make an ordinary dish extraordinary.
