Groundswell, you were magical! We had an absolute blast spreading the gospel of UK low intervention wine. Our hearts are full and our bodies are tired. A very successful first outing for the Pour Choices Wine Bar.

Thanks to everyone who swung by the tent for wine, chats and tastings - we met so many super interesting people.

To our winemakers and growers for hosting such engaging tastings! Lucie Ham Street Wines, Sam Titch Hill Wines & , Kai Richard Woodfine, Milly , Will Tillingham - thank you!

All the love in the world goes to our Pour Choices squad Olivia Tittley-West Amelia Ocean Will Revill + Adam. You guys rule 🥹

Special shout out to Borough Broth for letting us put wine in your chiller, hang out on your giant beanbag and generally keeping us brothed up.

Final mention goes to earwigs, for being everywhere, all the time. 🪳

Next outing for the Pour Choices Wine Bar will be in Lewes, East Sussex on 8th & 9th August - see ya there?

POUR CHOICES AT GROUNDSWELL 2026!

The maiden voyage of the standalone Pour Choices Wine Bar! We’ll be at Groundswell serving a selection of UK made and grown, low intervention wines from our friends Ham Street Wines Tillingham Titch Hill Wines Coes Farm Ark Wines Sandridge Barton Wines - Devon Vineyard Richard Woodfine. By the glass, by the bottle, bottles to take away, merch (Gerry’s House Chainstitch Embroidery), good times - we’ve got it all.

Excitingly we also have a line up of winemakers and growers on hand for chats and tastings across the event.

Come and say hi! We’re next to the Earthworm Arms Big Top in the Pasture Field Food Court. We’re psycheddd!

WHAT A DAY!! 🥹✨

We hope you enjoyed Pour Choices Spring Fair as much as we enjoyed hosting you all! Maybe you tried something new, found something you loved and *hopefully* learned something along the way.

As always, a huge thank you to our incredible exhibitors, workshop hosts, our team on the day, and everyone in the Pour Choices universe. We couldn’t do it without you - we’re feeling pretty warm and fuzzy right now (/tired).

Alright then folks! We have literally 9 tickets remaining and then we are totally sold out for Pour Choices Spring Fair. This means that we won’t have tickets available on the door at all. If you want to come along, this is your last chance!

Those of you with tickets! We cannot wait to welcome you tomorrow! Doors will open 1pm and then again at 4pm so please double check which slot you have bought tickets for and have your ticket ready to be scanned when you arrive.

We are super excited to have so many incredible winemakers, growers and producers with us tomorrow. We hope you enjoy diving into the wonderful world of UK low-intervention wine with us!

You’ll be able to sign up to workshops once you get into the fair - this will be at the Pour Choices shop or the table.

On our perpetual quest to create more work for ourselves Jake is now a man who makes signs and we’ve got some sweet new signage for our Spring Fair on Saturday.

I wonder where the cheese is? Oh look, there’s a big blue arrow pointing in the direction of cheese. Etc etc. You know how signs work.

Less than 3 days until we get to do this all again!

Tickets have been absolutely flying out this week and the first session is now totally sold out. If you are planning on coming along, (pls, we beg of u!!) buy your ticket asap. We’ll only have tickets available on the door for the later session if they haven’t sold out in advance. We really don’t want have to turn people away on the day, it sucks and we hate doing it and we just want you all to come along and have a nice time. x
