Our dried Lions Mane ready to be made into powder!

Golden goodness! Lion's mane powder is a fantastic supplement for your brain, helping with both concentration and fatigue. The online shop will be updated by 5pm this evening, link in bio.

It's been quiet in the grow room recently due to some issues, however the Lion's Mane has decided to come and say hello 🤗🦁

⚫👑 Now that it's colder, I've been experimenting with mushrooms that prefer the cooler weather. Here's the Black Pearl King Oyster, a hybrid cross of a Japanese and European oyster mushroom. You'll find this guy having giant caps with thick stems 🍄

First batch of my super aggro blue oyster is ready for transfer! Can't wait to get this into more grain bags. Assuming it will fruit well, this will be the genetic I'll be using for future grow kits.

Today I am batch making grain spawn. What grain do you like to use? I'm using red dari at the moment. The small grain size means hundreds of individual inoculation points!

Found some cool dudes in the garden!
1&2: Golden Fairy Club (Clavulinopsis laeticolor). There were loads of these little cool yellow guys all around. They tend to grow in clusters, and have singular thin bodies. Inedible, but pretty magical ✨
3&4: I think these two are the Glistening InkCap, please correct me on this one if I'm wrong!! (Coprinellus micaceus). Often found growing near tree stumps or buried wood. Edible before the gills turn black and inky.
