🍾 "A" By Arras Premium Cuvée – If you haven’t had Tasmanian sparkling yet, you’re missing out. Ed Carr (2024’s Sparkling Winemaker of the Year) knows his way around bubbles, and this beauty, aged 30 months on lees, delivers serious Champagne-level quality at a fraction of the price.
🍃 Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc 2023 – A textbook Adelaide Hills Savy B—crisp, zesty, and refreshing with just the right amount of tang. Perfect for those rare days when summer actually decides to show up.
🔥 Henschke Henry’s Seven 2022 – One of my all-time faves. A big, juicy Barossa blend (Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro & Viognier) that’s made for BBQ season. But if you’re not ready to throw a shrimp on the barbie just yet, it’s just as good by the fireplace.
