With the arrival of spring (almost), we are planning to explore the vibrant cuisine of Sri Lanka and Coastal India through the menu at Vaasu by Atul Kochhar. We are in the middle of updating our spring menus and should go live soon after Mother's Day.
We do have some exciting times ahead at Vaasu. We are looking forward to welcoming our dear friend Sabrina Gidda to Vaasu on March 27th to create an amazing menu for our Supper Club Chefs Series. Her modern British approach to Indian food is something not to be missed. Our supper clubs get sold pretty fast, so you should book your tables for that evening from Vaasu's website.

This season, I’ve crafted a special menu that brings the warmth of Indian flavors straight to your table. From the bold tang of Achari prawns to the comforting layers of a Chicken tikka pie, and the rich depth of Duck Chettinad, every dish tells a story of tradition, spice, and celebration.

And to end on a sweet note? Rose bhapa doi, a delicate, fragrant pudding with rose petals and crystallized pistachios—just the way it should be.
