Since our inception in 2019, we’ve come a long way. We started with the Nuet Dry Aquavit; the world’s first aquavit to win a gin award. Since then we’ve added two amazing liqueurs; the Nuet Tøddy and Nuet Cøffee and an RTD; the Nuet Spritz. Whilst the Dry Aquavit and the Tøddy have been available in the UK for some time, the Cøffee and Spritz will be available from our upcoming new webshop soon.

This autumn it’s time for the latest addition for the UK market; a tasty range of barrel-aged aquavits, including the mandatory Christmas aquavit. Because we wouldn’t be a proper Norwegian distiller without a Christmas aquavit, would we?

We’ve received barrels from our good friends at Oslo Håndverksdestilleri, with predominantly bourbon barrels from different distilleries ranging from second fill to fourth fill. Some hidden gems also include Marka barrels (bourbon barrels used to age orange forward bitters) rye whiskey casks and even some second-fill casks of a brand we can’t mention...

This 17th May, we’re raising a glass to the homeland — Scandi style.

We’ve teamed up with our Nordic friends at for a Constitution Day celebration soaked in aquavit, smoked in birch, and served with a side of “yes, this is very hyggelig.”
