Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb, Blood Orange and Custard Bun. Made using protected rhubarb from the Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle, blood oranges from Saville and custard from our pastry chefs, before being brushed with the maceration juices. It’s fresh, tangy and utterly delicious.

All of our pastries are made with organic flour and laminated with delicious cultured butter to give substance and flavour. Using the traditional twice baked method, our Croissant Aux Amandes is generously filled and topped with an almond butter cream before being encrusted with flaked almonds and dusted with icing sugar.
