Make your Dad (or someone who loves Rum as much as you) a Jungle Bird cocktail this Father’s Day.

You will need:

45ml Merser Signature
15ml Campari Bitter Liqueur
45ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
12.5ml 2:1 Sugar Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
