For more than a year, we’ve been busy behind the scenes working on something new and exciting. There’s been plenty of planning, designing, testing and tweaking… Now, we’re almost ready to share it with you.

Wright’s Baking is getting a new look. See it first at midday this Friday.

We’re really looking forward to tonight’s GBBO episode as it’s Audience Week! 🎂

Here’s what the bakers have got coming up:

🍰 Signature: Bake with a relative
📦 Technical: Mystery box, using at least one ingredient from the box
👒 Showstopper: Wearable Bake

If you fancy getting involved at home, why not have a go at baking with a relative? Our mixes are easy to make with kids, so they’re a great place to start.

Or, make your own Bake Off competition at home. Pick a cake or bread mix each, choose a theme and see who can come up with the best bake. You could even add your own challenges along the way!

Our mixes are designed to be easy to use, but that doesn’t mean you have to keep things simple. Get as creative or adventurous as you like and see what you can come up with.🧁

And if you do give one of our mixes a go, make sure to tag us in your bakes. We’d love to see what you create!

It's Tuesday and we all know what that means... another episode of GBBO. 🍰

Yep, you guessed it, this week is Biscuit Week and our cake mixes are great for making cookies too, if you fancy quickly making a batch to enjoy while watching tonight's episode.

All you need is one of our cake mixes, 120g of butter, 50ml of water and, of course, some chocolate chips. They should bake in around 12 minutes at 180°C.

🍪 Showstopper: biscuit mosaic

GBBO starts tonight with a new cast of contestants as well as brand new judge Nigella Lawson. But one thing that's remained the same is week one equals Cake Week! 🍰

👉️ Technical challenge: coffee and walnut cake
👉️ Showstopper: a self portrait out of cake
